The registration period is now open for the university specialisation diploma in scriptwriting and production of comedy programmes for radio and television that the Blanquerna Faculty (Ramon Llull University) has been offering for the last 8 years.
This diploma course is directed by Manel Lucas (Minoria Absoluta) and Francesc Vilallonga (Blanquerna) and offers training in scriptwriting as well as in filming, producing, directing and designing comedy projects. The classes have a very practical aspect, thanks to the presence of a teaching staff professionally linked to Minoria Absoluta. Also participating are renowned and prestigious professionals in this field who explain their experience and their influences in the world of comedy entertainment. Over the years, classes and master classes have been given by professionals such as: Jordi Évole, Òscar Andreu and Òscar Dalmau, Joel Joan, Guillem Sans, Pilar de Francisco, Ignasi Taltavull, Ana Joven, Oriol Jara, Quim Morales, Júlia Cot, to give just a few examples.
The objectives of this postgraduate course are: to train specialists in humour programmes, to foster the ability to find the humorous side of any aspect of social reality, to develop skills to design sketches and humour programmes aimed at specific audiences and in different formats, and to learn the techniques for planning and organising humour content in audiovisual format.
